Opening anew in the museum is an organic café station designed by NMRL in the lobby on the first floor overlooking the Sea of Sagami. In the tea garden, a casual restaurant “Hana-no-Chaya”, serving Japanese foods and sweets, opens. There is also the soba restaurant “Soba no Bou”, which offers Kirishita-soba produced in Shinshu, Togakushi, Kurohime, and Yatsugatake.

The restaurant will be serving delightful food that can be made only in Atami, prepared with a fusion of traditional French and Japanese culinary techniques.

We are aiming to deliver richness of food and pleasure of “eating well”
Guests can readily enjoy our seasonal Japanese-style lunch and Japanese-style sweets(dessert) at Hana-no-chaya in the refined atmosphere of the tea garden.

We use only Japanese Agricultural Standards (JAS)-certified organic tea leaves.
Welcomes guests by serving healthy and tasty Matcha green tea and Sentcha green tea with our selected Japanese-style sweets.

Guests can enjoy our authentic hand-made Kirishita soba made from good quality buckwheat grown in the Togakushi Region in Nagano Prefecture.
