• Ｑ１． . Are there Museum parking lots?

  • Ａ． Yes. We have valet parking.

    Valet Parking is offered by our two entrances, the Third Floor Entrance and the Escalator Entrance. However, the parking by the Escalator Entrance has only small accommodation so when full, we may have to ask the visitors to use the parking by the Third floor. Both parkings are free of charge.
    

• Ｑ２．Are coin-operated-lockers available in the museum for visitors?

  • Ａ． Yes.

    Coin-operated-lockers are located outside of the Escalator Entrance and by the Second Floor Reception Counter. If your luggage does not fit in the locker, we may keep it at the Second Floor Reception Counter during your visit. Please ask the staff.

• Ｑ３． Are wheelchairs allowed in the museum?

  • Ａ． Yes. Wheelchairs are permitted in the museum for those who are in needs .

    We provide slopes and accessible restrooms for disabilities in the museum. Wheelchair rental is available at the the Third Floor Entrance. There are no elevators at the Escalator Entrance. Therefore, wheelchair access is from the Third Floor Entrance only. However, wheelchairs are not allowed in the Museum Garden and the escalator passages.
    

• Ｑ４． Are strollers allowed in the museum?

  • Ａ． Yes. Strollers are allowed

    Stroller rental is also available at the Third Floor Entrance. In the case that the museum is over-crowded, we may have to ask you to refrain from use. Also, strollers are not permitted in the Museum Garden or the escalator passages. We appreciate your understanding.
    

• Ｑ５．Can I take photos or videos?

  • Ａ． No photography is allowed in the galleries.

    Photography(including mobile - phone - cameras and videos cameras)is prohibited in the galleries. However, you are welcome to take photography other than the galleries.

• Ｑ６． Can I use the photographs or material within your web site or catalogues?

  • Ａ． No. It is not authorized.

    All of the photographs and material contained within our museum web site are to be viewed only on-screen. Copying or recording any of the photographs and material within the museum web site as well as our museum catalogues and books is not authorized.
    

• Ｑ７． Are babies and infants admitted to enter?

  • Ａ． Yes. We do not set an age limit for admission.

    There is no age limit for admission. However, if it should cause a trouble or disturbs other visitors, we may have to ask you to leave the gallery .
    

• Ｑ８． What should I do if I have lost something?

  • Ａ． Please report to the Reception.

    If it happens while you are still in the museum, please report to the reception. Inquiry after you left, please contact the museum.
