Noh Theater November Program by ATAMIZA
2022.11.20(Sun)
The 40th Anniversary
Overview
The ATAMIZA presents the Noh repertoir Shakkyō, or the Stone Bridge, performed by Kanze shool master Kanze Kiyokazu. This performance will be a special choreography, also featuring Kiyokazu’s son Saburōta. The highlight is the dynamic synchronicity of two Shishi lions brought to life by the father and son. The kyōgen program is Nabe yatsubachi, a comical story between two merchants in competition, performed for the first time in 35 years. We invite you to this cultural event at MOA Museum of Art blessed with its delightful autumnal gardens.
