Explanation
Figural haniwas are considered to depict funerary rituals, and this female figure seems to hold up an offering that resembles a water pitcher. Her hair is made up in a large bun, and she is wearing a pleated wrap around her waist. Her decorations include round beads around her neck and, interestingly, sashes over her body and shoulders.
