Ayu―also called sweetfish―is in season! The wild fresh-water fish from the Ochise River is lovingly grilles and prepared for your delightful lunchtime.

Matures in summer, Ayu is in the prime of season. The meal comes with a whole fish simply seasoned in salt and char-grilled. Accompaniment is steamed rice cooked with Ayu and clear broth soup. Simple but full of the goodness of summer.
